SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
DOMESTIC
USPS Priority Shipping (2-5 business days) - $6
FedEx 2-Day (2 business days-signature required) - $20
FedEx Overnight (end of day-signature required) - $35
*Any FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Overnight shipping placed for weekend delivery will be delivered on the following Monday. If weekend delivery is needed, please contact (786)-252-4891 to arrange shipping for an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL
DHL Express (1-3 business days-signature required, Recommended) $35
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. Boho Bum Island will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday as our offices are closed over the weekend.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at info@bohobumisland.com. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
Boho Bum Island is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
FREE USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $75
Boho Bum Island offers Free USPS First Class Mail Shipping to Continental US when you spend $75.00 or more on our site. Free shipping applies to USPS Priority Mail only, unless otherwise stated.
Orders must be placed by 3PM EST for FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight to be shipped out same day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If any higher International cost is found to be required at mailing time, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost. Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Once the package reaches your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.
USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION
Please be aware that the $12 USPS International Shipping option does not include tracking information or insurance and does guarantee an arrival date.
Once the package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. If you feel that your local postal system is not reliable, please select our DHL option. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of items shipped through USPS International. This shipping option can take up to 45 days for delivery, however the average delivery time is between 6-21 days. Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we can not guarantee an arrival date.
Any orders being shipped to Russia will be contacted for additional shipping charges.

Return Policy
All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. All returns following the guidelines listed on this page, will be accepted for store credit only. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available.
Apparel/swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in perfect condition. Sanitary strip must be attached to swimwear bottoms (if received with one). All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place. Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or is missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
Boho Bum Island values 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
Prior to shipping back your return, please fill out our RETURN FORM.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the return arrival date to be contacted about your return (via email). Make sure you have an account set up on www.bohobumisland.com so that we can credit your account directly. If your account is not set up, please allow us extra time to create one in order to issue your store credit. You will be contacted via email once this is done.
Shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions. Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not Boho Bum Island. Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.
